Ghana’s Group D opponent Mali intends to include TP Mazembe duo of Salif Coulibaly and Adama Traore in the final 23-man squad for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations according to Coach Alain Giresse

The DR Congo-based side confirmed their call-ups with the Frenchman set to announce the squad on 29 December.

Coulibaly is a defender and Traore a striker both were instrumental in the Ravens winning of the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup at the expense of MO Bejaia.

Mali will be camping in Morocco from 1-14 January where they arranged to play Burkina Faso in a friendly.

The Eagles will open their Group D campaign against Egypt in Port Gentil on 17 January before facing Ghana and Uganda.

The match against Uganda Cranes is the last in the group and will be played at Oyam Stadium.
