Andre Dede Ayew is likely to miss the game against Mali on Saturday due to suspected Malaria, according to exclusive information reaching Starr Sports.

The deputy skipper, who scored the only goal against Uganda through a penalty in Ghana’s opening game, has a swollen face and is being critically assessed by Ghana’s medical team before tomorrow’s game.

The Ghana Football Association will be holding a press conference to finally confirm the attacking midfielder’s availability against the Malians.

This means coach Avram Grant will be making two major changes to his starting line against Uganda on Tuesday following Baba Rahman’s injury.
