Former president John Mahama has rescinded his decision to use the bungalow he occupied while at the presidency as his “retirement home.”
Controversy surrounded his intention to remain in the Cantonments residence, which was originally meant for Ghana’s vice presidents, forcing Mr. Mahama to throw in the towel.
The government is yet to officially respond to his letter to withdraw his request which was made on December 19, 2016 through former chief of staff Julius Debrah.
Cartoonist Makaveli puts the spotlight on the controversial subject.
