Former President JJ Rawlings stole the show once again ahead of the inauguration of the Seventh Parliament after embarrassing the Accra mayor Alfred Oko Vanderpuije at the forecourt of Parliament last Thursday.
The MP for Ablekuma South wanted to exchange pleasantries with the National Democratic Congress (NDC) founder on the red carpet, but it ended up in a humiliating spectacle. Rawlings in a video gone viral on social media beckoned the mayor to step aside as the latter tried to interact with him.
However, ahead of the inauguration of the new Parliament, ex-President Rawlings was seen in a hearty interaction with Mr. Vanderpuije. Watch video below:
