Police in the Eastern region have launched a manhunt for National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters who instigated Monday’s violent clashes at Suhum.

The clashes were ignited by disagreement over last year’s general election results. The latest clash has left four people seriously injured.

The spokesperson of the Eastern regional Police command ASP Nketia Yeboah has vowed the law enforcement agency will bring the perpetrators to book.

“We are investigating and action will be taken against the perpetrators …you mark my words and we will ensure no innocent person is made to suffer,” ASP Yeboah told Starr News.
