Ghana Premier League title-holders Wa All Stars have been crowned Ghanaian Super Cup champions after beating FA Cup winners Bechem United 1-0 at the Tamale Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The League Champions were dominant in the first half and got a goal through attacker Emmanuel Ocran.
Bechem United however came close in grabbing the equalizer with Ahmed Toure squandering numorous chances.
WA All Stars have thus crowned their League title with yet another trophy ahead of the new season.
Coach Enos Adepa’s side will be looking forward in retaining the League title next season.
Meanwhile, both sides are gearing up for the start of the Ghana Premier League which will kick off on February 4, 2017.
