The cast for Kofas Media and Miracle Wave International yet-to-be-shot movie paid a courtesy call on the former president of Ghana Jerry John Rawlings  at his Ridge office in Accra.

The cast which included veteran Nigerian actor, Pete Edochie, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Joselyn Dumas, Kalybos, Martha Ankomah, Bishop Bernard Nyarko, Ahuofe Patri, Funny Face, Gloria Osei Sarfo, Zynnell Zuh, Salma Mumin, Selly Galley, Kojo Rana, Fella Makafui among others used the opportunity to officially inform the former President about the new movie on corruption.

“One of the reasons why we are gathered here is to inform you about the new movie on corruption and you being one of the  key pillars in  fighting corruption in the country, we thought that a film like this will catch your interest and attention. We are using film as a medium to communicate the causes and effects of corruption so we are attempting to use a more satirical approach to depict the dire effects of corruption in Ghana,” the director said

Former President expressed his delight and gratitude to the crew for their visit.

“You couldn’t have chosen a more important or valuable theme like the one on issues of corruption…. We are very fortunate that someone like Nana Akufo- Addo has emerged over  here …I will continue to pray and sincerely hope that he stays the track and he will devote possibly  even 30% of his time for the development projects but at least 25% to fight corruption and corruptible tendencies,” JJ said.
