Hip-life artiste, Kwaw Kese, has said that he would not submit any of his songs for nominations for the 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
The Rapper in an interview on Hitz FM indicated that songs submitted do not yield any results and would rather channel his efforts in building his brand and his family.
“I have forgotten about VGMA. I am not submitting any music for an award. Sometimes you submit the work and the results don’t come out good. I am thinking about making lots of money to take care of my family and brand.
“If VGMA gives you the recognition and you don’t work your way to the top, you will not make money…if you don’t work yourself up, forget it. I’m all about money now so I can pay the fees of my kids…,” he said.
