Accra will come alive on Saturday, April 1 as Nineteen57byKOD presents the Ghana@60 edition of Rhythms On Da Runway.

About 18 top fashion designers and musicians from Ghana and five other African countries have been billed for the much patronized Pan-African event.

It is going to be one of Ghana’s “biggest nights of African fashion and music,” according to organisers.

Patrons will experience unimaginable designs from Ghana including Ophelia Crossland, Velmas Accessories, Abrantie the Gentleman, Bon Collections, Nineteen57bykod, South Africa’s Palse Sa and New York-based Kenyan designer Narok.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra.

“Witness the very best of African music from Sarkodie, Bisa Kdei, Mzvee, M.anifest, Cina Soul, Efya, Akwaboa, the talented Godwin Strings from Nigeria, Kenyan songstress Habida and Faith B from Zimbabwe,” the organisers added.

Multi-award-winning Wutah & Praye will be performing together for the first time in five years at the fashion event.
