Injured Asante Kotoko coach Steve Pollack has said he will come out of his sick bed a much stronger person.
Pollack has spoken for the first since the Porcupine Warriors had a fatal accident on Wednesday after returning from their match week 22 fixture against Inter Allies in Accra.
Speaking from his sick bed at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, the 56-year-old who thanked the medical staff for their good treatment has assured the public and fans of the club that he will return to the sidelines very soon.
“I am a strong character and I have had this kind of injury before so I know how to get over it very quickly,” Pollack told Starr Sports.
“I am getting good treatment from the medical staff here and they have been great and terrific and they are making me feel as comfortable as they can so I will be back soon,” he added.
The assistant equipment officer of Asante Kotoko Kofi Asare lost his life in the accident.
