Members of Believers World International (BWL) Ghana have slated Saturday December 2 to mark the birthday of pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the founder of the Christ Embassy church with a community service.
Addressing a press conference Wednesday to announce the activities for the celebration of the 54th birthday of pastor Oyakhilome, Deaconess Sarah Esi Koomson-Situ explained that despite December 7, 2017 being the day Pastor Oyakhilome will be turning 54, members of BLW set aside this weekend to celebrate him.
She said the community service forms part of their transforming lives agenda aimed at exhibiting the love of God to mankind.
“We as Christ Embassy will, as it has been a part of our ministry, show Christ’s love to our neighbours. And on his birthday come December 7, our man of God has requested us to render services to our society. We are not only for preaching the gospel but also giving back to society,” she stressed.
