Hundreds of women from all walks of life benefitted from a health screening exercise on Mother’s Day.
The event, which was organised by Ring Road-based radio station, Starr 103.5 FM, took place at the premises of Ghone TV at Platinum Place on Sunday.
The urban, lifestyle radio station used the Day to give opportunity to the women to have free screening on all health issues related to women.
“We want to thank Starr FM and their sister stations for this beautiful opportunity. It has been quite useful for me. I pray we do this more often to know our status,” Hajia Aisha, one of the participants said.
Starr FM Mother’s Day Health Screening was sponsored by Papa’s Pizza, Toyota Ghana, Raid Day & Night Mosquito Repellent and Gilead Medical Centre.
