The CAF inspection team have arrived in Ghana for the final assessment of preparation for next Month’s Cup of Nations tournament.
The team led by ex-Ghana international Anthony Baffoe touched down on Monday.
They will be inspecting the various facilities for this year’s Women’s Cup of Nations tournament.
The delegation from the continent’s football governing body will take a look at the two venues for the competition thus the Accra Sports Stadium and Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
In addition, they will inspect the various training centers in Accra and Cape Coast as well as other related facilities to host the competition.
Ghana received a threat of losing the hosting rights after CAF express their displeasure about the level of preparation months ago.
However the West Africans received the backing from CAF after speeding up preparation.
The Accra Sports Stadium which underwent massive facelift is in its final stage of the renovation process.
