A less-than and hour rain in Accra has caused some flooding in one of the prime areas of the capital – Ring Road.
The Monday morning rains which started around 11am has caused roads on the Ringroad and the Nima police intersection to be flooded with gutters overflowing with intensified gridlock.
This is despite the claim by city authorities that a lot has been done to avert any flooding in case of rains.
Flooding is a regular feature in Accra and other parts of the country in the face of any amount of rains.
