Finalist of the Normalization Committee Tier 1 competition Karela United are set to open transfer negotiations with Dreams FC over their star striker Diawisie Taylor.

This was revealed by the club’s Communications Director Eric Alagidede in an interview with Ultimate 106.9FM in Kumasi where he indicated the club’s readiness to do business with any club that meets the demands of the Anyinase based outfit.

He stated that contrary to media reports of interest from Kotoko and AshantiGold over the said player, only Dreams FC have put in an official bid for the player.

“I can tell you for a fact Kotoko and AshantiGold have not officially expressed any interest in the player, only Dreams FC have officially expressed an interest in Diawisie Taylor and we will begin negotiations with them immediately, if they meet our demands and if the player wants to join them we will go ahead with the business”.

Diawisie Taylor has been the star man in the ongoing NC competition as he has led his young club into the finals by netting ten(10) goals including the winning goal in Obuasi against AshantiGold in the Semi Finals and leads the goals scoring chart in the competition.

Karela United are only in their second year in the top Division of Ghana football and play Asante Kotoko in the finals of the NC Tier 1 competition for a spot in next season’s CAF Champions League.
