Member of Parliament for Gomoa East, Hon.Kojo Asemanyi says he will not be ‘swollen headed’ with the latest edition of an evaluation poll conducted by the Political Science Department of the University of Ghana (UG).

According to the polls, out of 23 MPs in the Central Region, which  consist of 19 NPP MPs and 4 NDC MPs saw the young legislator placing third in an  overall assessment.

Despite not having a ministerial appointment, not being a CEO of any government agency or any board member, his performance has been excellent according to some executives of his constituency with just more than two years in office.

However, Hon. Kojo Asemanyi believes he will not be swayed with these compliments.

“There is room for improvement and I will thank all members in my constituency especially my party members who have made this possible. The job is not over yet the best is yet to come as 2020 approaches, I think it is a good sign for me to go for another term,” he told the media.

He is currently the vice Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee for Sports which is making sure the Black Stars win the AFCON in the coming days in Egypt.
