Ghana international defender Enock Kwateng shared his delight after he was awarded his maiden debut for Girondins Bordeaux in their 2-0 victory against Dijon at the weekend.

​Kwateng involved himself in an assist for Bordeaux ‘s second goal that inspired to their first three points of the season.

“A victory that does a lot of good!. Bravo the team. Thank you to the supporters of Bordeaux,” he tweeted after the match.

The 22-year-old was signed to the Ligue 1 club from archrivals FC Nantes on a four-year deal.

He made 30 league appearances for the Canaries last season and was a key member in the side that helped escape narrow relegation.
