Accra Hearts of Oak have grabbed Elmina Sharks’ safest pair of hands Richard Attah ahead of the Ghana Premier League.
The 24-year-old signed a three-year deal with the Phobians after passing his medical test at the club.
Attah,joins as a free agent after turning down a contract extension from the Sharks.
The Custodian kept eight clean sheets in 11 matches for Elmina Sharks in the GFA Normalisation Committee Special Competition and joins the Phobians as a free agent.
