Another successful Housing Fair has come to an end. After two days of networking and interacting with some of Ghana’s top real estate players in the market, The Meqasa Home & Property Fair has come to a wrap.

The event took place at the Silver Star Tower in Accra on 2nd and 3rd November 2019.

The event brought together some of the nation’s top real estate developers, retailers of home appliances and home security experts all under one roof.

The objective of the fair was to showcase various real estate projects and ancillary services at amazing prices.

People had the opportunity to explore not just houses for sale, but also property for rent and new real estate projects to look out for.

This is the fourth housing fair to be organised by meqasa.com and the second to be hosted this year.

Following the success of previous meqasa housing fairs coupled with a high demand for property in Ghana, this flagship event by meqasa.com is intended to recur at least twice a year and aims to bridge the gap in Ghana’s housing deficit.

The meqasa Home & Property Fair was proudly sponsored by Goldkey Properties (Platinum Sponsors), Clifton Homes (Platinum Sponsors), Electroland Ghana Limited, White Waters Vodka, GIHOC Distilleries, Zoozoo Restaurant, Earlbeam Security and Earlbeam Realty as supporting sponsors of the event.

These sponsorships highlight the impact of the housing fairs on the real estate market and its importance to property seekers.

The crowning of the event was marked by sponsored raffles from Electroland and Earlbeam Security that allowed attendants to win amazing prizes. Many exhibitors and attendants won prizes such as rice cookers, kettles, electric irons, blenders and mosquito-repelling devices.

One lucky property seeker won an all-expenses-paid weekend stay at the Earl Heights Suites.

Ghana’s number one online platform for real estate, meqasa.com, would like to immensely thank our cherished real estate developers, agents and property seekers for the success of the Meqasa Home & Property Fair 2019.
