The Managing Director of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) Isaac Osei has announced his resignation from the company.

He disclosed his departure during a staff end of year party, Starr News has learnt. He leaves the company in January next year.

The former Member of Parliament turns 69 next year. Sources say his advancing age may be the reasons for his resignation. His tenure has seen some stability at the state firm.

He is credited with the signing of the Woodfield Energy Resources contract with TOR to process a tolling 11 million barrels of crude.
