President Akufo-Addo will this morning deliver his 4th State of the Nation Address as he heads into another election in December.

Today’s address marks the last of his four-year mandate as it is yet to be determined by the electorate if the mandate will be renewed.

Ahead of the address, the failure of the fight against illegal mining has been a major talking point between the two major political parties with the opposition NDC accusing the President’s party of benefitting from the failed fight.

The President is however likely to trumpet again the success chalked with the Free SHS and stability chalked in the management of the economy.
