President Akufo-Addo

President Akufo-Addo has extended the closure of Ghana’s borders in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic by two more weeks.

The move was announced by Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah on Saturday.

On March 21 the president ordered the closure of the land, sea and air borders of the country as Ghana started registering cases COVID-19.

Ghana has so far recorded 205 cases of coronavirus with five fatalities and 38 recoveries.
