Four more people have died from COVID-19 in Ghana taking the death toll to 42, according to latest figures by the Ghana Health Service.
Ghana’s case count now stands at 9,168 after 283 new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, over 260 people who were infected with the virus have now recovered taking the country’s total recoveries to 3,457.
Active cases stand at 5,669.
The Ahafo region still remains the only region out of the 16 regions in Ghana yet to record a case of COVID-19 so far.
