Students of the KNUST Secondary School Tuesday night demonstrated over the death of their colleague.

Police had to be called in to restore calm as the students went on rampage vandalizing property including the headmistress’ vehicle.

They are blaming school authorities over the death of the boy.

Reports say authorities of the school failed to attend to the deceased who had complained of stomach ache on Monday over fears they will contract COVID-19 should they get close to him.

Available images suggest was subsequently attended to by his colleagues who rushed him to a health facility where he was pronounced dead.
