The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Bortianor-Ngleshie Amanfro constituency, Sylvester Tetteh, has donated disposable nose masks to registrants at the M.A School registration centre within the Galilea electoral area.

Tetteh visited the registration centre to observe registration processes and provided nose masks to registrants without it. His generous gesture was aimed at ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at the registration centre and also assist in efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

It is important to note that personal protection through the proper use of nose masks and frequent hand washing are critical to the fight against coronavirus.

Mr. Tetteh and his campaign team are entreating consituents to abide by the safety protocols within and outside registration centres to safeguard their lives and that of their loved ones.

The registration exercise is expected to end August 6, 2020 across the country under a cluster system at 33,367 polling stations. Some 16 million eligible voters are expected to be registered.
