Ghana has recorded 787 new cases of COVID-19, taking the national tally to 37, 014, the Ghana Health Service announced Sunday on its website.

However, 33, 365 infected persons have recovered leaving the active cases at 3, 467, the latest update disclosed.

The death toll stands at 182 over the past 78 hours but 22 persons are in severe condition while eight others remain critical. Four, according to the GHS, have been placed on ventilators.
