With Asante Kotoko involved in the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers on Sunday, only eight games were played on Matchday 14 of the Ghana Premier League.

On Saturday, WAFA and Ashantigold played out a boring 0-0 game at the WAFA Park with neither of the teams finding the back of the net.

Karela United, Dreams and Liberty Professionals were all in action on Sunday.

Despite each team suffering a red card, Dreams continued their fine form at Dawu, beating Aduana Stars by four goals to two. Joseph Esso and Emmanuel Ocran were among the goal-scorers on the day.

Ebusua Dwarfs lost at home to Karela at the Cape Coast Stadium, with the latter now climbing to the top of the Premier League summit. Diawisie Taylor grabbed his 10th goal of the season.

Justice Blay and Bright Enchil powered Medeama to a 2-0 victory over Bechem United at the Abrankese Stadium.

Stephen Amankonah scored all two goals at the Berekum Sports Stadium in Berekum Chelsea’s win over Techiman Eleven Wonders.

Hashmin Musah’s last gasp strike earned a point for Inter Allies at they played a 2-2 draw with Liberty Professionals. Danijel Mujkanovic’s side walk away with a point for the very first time having suffered six defeats in a row.
