Koku Anyidoho is former director communications at the presidency

The National Democratic Congress has suspended its former deputy general secretary Koku Anyidoho.

It comes after some members of the party petitioned its leadership for his suspension following his recent attacks on the party and its 2020 flagbearer John Mahama.

“That with immediate effect, your membership of the NDC is suspended,” a statement signed by General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia said

Mr. Anyidoho in recent times has been on collision course with the party, claiming the NDC has no case in its presidential election petition currently before the Supreme Court.
