Renowned radio evangelist Apostle Kingsley Agyenim Boateng of Accra based Kasapa FM has donated items worth GHC70,000 to 700 needy widows who are unable to fend for themselves.

The items donated included a variety of cloths/Textiles, bags of rice and other items.

According to the award-winning Evangelist and Radio Presenter he was led by God to show such kindness to these persons who are in dire need.

This forms a part of a number of such gestures the radio evangelist has been embarking on for sometime now.

He indicates that the inspiration for his benevolence is found in the book of Matthew 25:35-40 which encourages Christians to show love and do good to persons who are in need.

“This is the little I could do. I felt a strong urge to show some love to persons who are not able to fend for themselves during this lockdown period when almost everything has come to a standstill. As Christians, it is expected of us to show love to people who are in need, when you do this, you do it for God and the Almighty will continue to rain Heaven’s blessings on you and all that you do,” he added.

Apostle Kingsley Agyenim Boateng recently made a similar donation to the Leprosarium at Weija headed by Rev Father Campbell.

Apostle Kingsley Agyenim Boateng is the host of award-winning mid morning program ‘Anidaso’ show on Accra based Kasapa 102.5 FM and also heads the Peniel Praises Ministries International Church.
