Public Relation Officer for Accra Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo has stated that they will work hard to get back to winning ways after a very poor start to the 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League season.

The Phobians are yet to win a game this season after four round of games having drawn three and lost one. Coach Samuel Boadu has come under intense pressure due to the poor performance by the club. The defeat to AshantiGold means Hearts of Oak have made the worst ever start to a Premier League campaign in their history.

In an interview with Starr FM on Monday Night Football, Opare Addo stated that the only way they can get back on track is to hard work.

“No Phobian is happy with this kind of results, We’ve had discussions with the players and team officials and the only way we can bounce back is to work hard. So we have accepted the challenge and we are working harder than before to get the results that we are hoping for”.

The Ghana Premier League champions will face Algerian side JS Saoura in the CAF confederations cup play-offs on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
