The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Organiser for the Ahafo Region, Charles Akwasi Asiedu, has urged the executives of the party across the 6 constituencies of the region to be relentless in propagating the good policies of the umbrella family to Ghanaians.

He said it is through their hard work that the inhabitants of the region will see the NDC as an alternative government to choose ahead of the 2024 general elections.

Asiedu made this appeal at Goaso, the capital of Ahafo when he was distributing some food items to some branch and constituency executives to commemorate Boxing Day.

He distributed bags of rice and bottles of cooking oil to the executives.

The donation which took place in all the constituencies of the region also saw some serial callers and communicators of the party benefitting from Asiedu’s kind gesture.

Urging them to be circumspect of their Communication strategies, he also thanked them for the “many sacrifices” they made for the party during the 2020 campaigning and subsequent elections.

“They were very appreciative of the kind gesture I extended to them. They were also surprised because most of the executives have been on the executive committee since 1992 and this is the first time a regional officer has extended such a gesture to the party executives during Christmas especially in opposition without money,” Asiedu told Power News in an interview.

The executives praised and encouraged their regional organiser to continue with the good work he has been doing for the party in the Ahafo region.

Asiedu was accompanied by the deputy regional organiser Iddrisu Lawman and the regional Zongo caucus coordinator, Chief Saana Abdulai.
