The German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation – Ghana’s training for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ (SME) is currently underway in Accra

The conference will provide training and coaching to Ghanaian growth-oriented Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ (SMEs).

It will enable participants to access innovative, needs-based financial services.

According to the Organizers, the event will be implemented through a combined approach of business games, training/lecture, and business coaching model.

The three-days Interactive Micro Business Game for SMEs (group session); also would be lecture and interactive sessions, peer learning (SME, demand side); Continuous Business Coaching.

The project will provide participating SMEs with the set of skills they need in their current business environment to better interact with their respective financial service providers (FSPs) to increase their bankability.

A project implemented by the German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation and supported by the Special Initiative on Training and Job Creation of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BM).
