The webinar, scheduled for Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 10: am – 11:30 am, it will feature a panel of renowned professionals, including two  Clinical psychologists, namely; Dr Isaac Newman Arthur, and  Ms. Dziedzorm Abra Adzam,  and two Human Resource practitioners; Ama Ashong -Nartey and Nana Esi Aba Sagoe.

The webinar will be moderated by the COO of Equity Health Insurance, Dr Joseph Wesley Ansah, on the theme: Nurturing Mental Well-Being: Strategies for Sustainable Mental Health.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of mental well-being, including stress management, coping strategies, mindfulness practices, and the importance of seeking professional help when needed.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with the experts, allowing them to address specific concerns and gain personalized advice.
