Leader of the New Force, Nana Kwame Bediako has promised to lead with a governing approach he describes as “the leanest, most efficient government in the history of African politics.”

“We present to you the apostolic governance, one president, 12 ministers,” he stated. Mr. Bediako indicated his intention to simplify government functions. He stressed the significance of developing a lean government structure that is centered on what he called “the 12 pillars” of governance.

Mr. Bediako emphasized that the Ministry of Finance should receive special attention because it has been dealing with persistent problems like judgment debts and pay shortages. “Over the years, there has been a lot of judgment debts, a lot of salary shortage, a lot of pain and pain and pain without returns,” he explained.

However, he has brought up a vision for the ministry that would change it. “Our mandate is to make the Ministry of Finance become an investor and a developer for nation-building,” he stated.
