The Ghana Police Service has advised the public to ignore false claims that the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) office in Kasoa has been destroyed.
Despite claims that the NPP office in Kasoa has been destroyed, the Ghana Police insist no such incident has occurred.
Per their report, they said, “The NPP Office in Kasoa has not been Vandalized, please ignore the false claim.”
Meanwhile, Ghana Police are searching for suspect Mujaheed Suraj, also known as Mims, in connection with a shooting incident in Awutu Senya East Constituency in Kasoa, involving an injured individual and his vehicle during an ongoing poll in the recent election.
In addition, four suspects have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident at the Iron City office in Kasoa, Ghana, resulting in the death of one person and the injury of another.
The incident occurred after Phyllis Naa Koryoo Okunor parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), declared herself the winner of the parliamentary elections.
Both victims are believed to be NDC members and supporters of Naa Koryoo, and the suspects are currently in custody for further investigations.
In spite of all these incidents, no property has been destroyed.
