The Ghana Police Service has launched an investigation into a break-in at the office and residence of Honourable Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, Minister of Communication and Digitalization.
The incident resulted in the theft of several items, including three motorbikes, a pickup vehicle, and a 32-inch Samsung television set.
The Crime Scene Management team has visited the scene to gather evidence, and a targeted intelligence-led operation is currently underway to apprehend the suspects and bring them to justice.
The Police leadership has assured the public that they will do everything in their power to ensure the perpetrators are caught.
The Police have also increased security measures at the Minister’s office and residence to ensure her safety.
The Police leadership is in contact with Mrs. Owusu-Ekuful, and the investigation is ongoing.
