Ghana coach Avram Grant has named Frank Acheampong as his replacement for injured Baba Rahman in his only change in the starting line-up to face Mali on Saturday at the Africa Cup of Nation at Port-Gentil Stadium.
Acheampong, who has been featuring for Belgian giants Anderlecht as a left full-back replaced Baba Rahman, when he sustained injury against Uganda.
The former King Fiasal winger , warmed himself slowly into that game, after coming on, however, Grant has handed him a starting place for Ghana’s clash against Mali on Saturday.
However, deputy skipper Dede Ayew despite showing symptoms of Malaria maintained his regular position in the team.
