Two first half goals from Diao Balde Keita and Alioune Ndiaye ensured the Senegalese national team end the AFCON preparatory journey on a positive note with a 2-0 win over Congo Brazzaville at the Stade Municipal de Kintélé.
Balde opened the scoring in the 19th minute before Ndiaye wrapped up business with a minute to the half time break.
This was the second win for Senegal in a space of four days following a 2-1 victory against Libya at the same stadium.
Moussa Sow and Ismaila Sarr scored for Senegal before Mohamed Al Ghanodi pulled a goal back in the 68th minute.
