Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah has signed a two-year contract with Moroccan side AS Far Rabat until 2019, the club have confirmed.

The 28-year-old suffered a career-threatening injury in 2013, which kept him out of action for almost two seasons but is back to full fitness. He mutually terminated his contract with Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg few months ago following his loan spell with second-tier side FC Liefering.

“We are pleased to announce the signing of Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah who joins us as a free agent,” a statement from Far Rabat read.

“He is very experienced and will help the club in all our activities this season. It is our hope that he will enjoy his stay here and gives out his maximum best for the growth of the club,” the statement added.

Vorsah has previously played fir Ghanaian clubs Gamba All Blacks and Asante Kotoko as well as German Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenhiem.
