Ghana is set to play Nigeria in the second edition of Binatone International Unity Skate Soccer Cup on Sunday, March 19 at the Independence Square, Accra.

According to the organisers, the second edition will bring Skate Soccer on a whole new level from the previous event held at the La Pleasure.

The event is a 7-a-side game that will last for a total of 90 minutes and would be played on the 40m x 20m space at the Independence Square.

The International Unity Skate Soccer competition presents the opportunity for some of the best players in their respective countries to show the world the potential of the sport and their individual skills.

The friendly will also serve as  a preparatory grounds for team Ghana  in selecting players for the maiden Nations Cup, come next year to be held in Ghana.

Meanwhile a trophy and several prizes will be up for grabs for the team that emerges victorious. The Most Valuable Player, Best Goal Keeper and Goal King will also be awarded to ensure the game remains highly competitive.
