The 2017 edition of the Starr Woman Project kicks off this Friday – March 31, 2017 – in Kumasi at the Law Faculty of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
The “Starr Woman Project” is an extension of ‘The Zone’ which seeks to equip young women entrepreneurs with the relevant knowledge, skill and motivation to achieve their fullest potential as entrepreneurs.
Organisers have lined up experienced women leaders who have a lot to share to bring out the best in participants.
A co-host of Starr drive, Anita Erskine, is the face of the 2017 edition of the Starr Woman Project and will be leading the team in Kumasi. The 2017 edition of the Starr Woman project is sponsored by Access Bank’s W Initiative (Inspiring, Connecting, and Empowering) and Marie Stopes Ghana.

ANITA ERSKINE
Anita Erskine is a Pan African Broadcaster with a deep passion for advocacy for Women. Anita runs a Communications Consultancy called Anita Erskine Media. She is the co-host of the Starr Drive on Starr 103.5FM.
MS NANCY
Ms Nancy is a woman with her fingers on the pulse of fashion, style and exquisite personal grooming. She is a certified style coach (International Association of Style Coaches, UK with an enviable portfolio of projects such as Ghana’s most beautiful!
MARILYN OWUSU
Marilyn Owusu is the Chief Executive Officer of ACE Consult Ltd which is a Management and Educational Consultancy. She has over 15 years of experience as a Management Consultant and Public Speaker and established ACE Consult Ltd 10 years ago. ACE Consult has worked with over 100 companies and institutions, offering management and educational consultancy, training and recruitment services.
NANA AMA MCBROWN
She is a multi-award winning and a multi-faceted talent. Her work in the field of entertainment spans across film, television and music. As an astute business woman she is also a strong brand influencer! She epitomizes versatility!!
