Asante Kotoko and Inter Allies played out a goalless  at Baba Yara stadium on Sunday. Kotoko would have gone three points clear at the top of Ghana Premier League with victory but were subdued by a classic Inter Allies performance of defensive organisation and discipline.

AshantiGold’s slow start to the season continued after they were held by a 1-1 draw to Bolga All Stars whiles Tema Youth were held to 1-1 draw by Medeama SC.

Striker Michael Kpovie continued his fine form in the campaign when he slotted his tame shot into an empty net after goalkeeper Eric Antwi was outwitted by Prince Acquah in the 3rd minute.
