Emirates’ Country Manager in Ghana, Mr Hendrik Du Preez, has been adjudged Chief Executive Officer of the Year in the Airline Industry.

He received the prestigious accolade at the recent Ghana Entrepreneur & Corporate Executive Awards for his contribution to the sustenance of Emirates and the aviation industry in Ghana.

The Awards, which was organized by the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana in collaboration with the Ministries of Trade and Industry and Finance, seeks to, among other things, reward deserving entrepreneurs and corporate executives in the country. It was held at the Banquet Hall, State House in partnership with Omnibank.

The Awards pay tribute to the shining stars of Ghana’s corporate world, not just within their individual firms, but also within their respective sectors and industries as well.

“I feel honored to have won this Award. This is a testament to the hard work of the entire Emirates team in Ghana and a validation of our efforts to provide our customers with the best products and services in the air and on the ground, as well as real value for money,” said Mr Hendrik Du Preez.
