The funeral rites for ace sports journalist Christopher Opoku will be held today, July 15,2017, at the poolside of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), after which the remains will be taken to his hometown, Domeabra, for burial.
Family, sympathisers and the sports fraternity are expected to attend the funeral in their numbers.
Mr. Opoku died in a London hospital on May 10 after an illness.
He was Administrative Manager for the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) and was survived by his wife and three children.
