The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been angered by President Akufo-Addo’s apparent snub over the Wa Water Project which was implemented under the John Mahama administration.
Parliamentary records show that the loan agreement between Ghana and the Korean Bank was adopted by Parliament in October 2012 during the John Mahama administration.
