A huge tree near the KFC eatery at East Legon in Accra has fallen blocking the stretch of the road that connects to Shiashie and the Accra Mall area.
According to Starr Drive’s co-host Giovani Caleb who is at the scene, the incident is causing a gridlock frustrating passengers and drivers who have been caught in the rush-hour.
Officials of the Fire Service have arrived at the scene trying to slice the tree.
