The Black Starlets of Ghana have officially received a total amount of $84,000 from the Sports Ministry after three weeks of participating in the World Cup.

The Black Starlets team was made of 21-players and nine officials with each player receiving $4000 each but the technical team is yet to confirm the payment.

Ghana lost to the USA, in one of the group matches but have been paid for qualifying with all three matches considered and an additional $1000 for beating Niger in the 1/16th stage of the competition.
