Christians have been encouraged to show practical love to their fellow humans during and after Christmas.

Giving the advice in an interview with Starr News, Head Pastor for Calvary Community Chapel in Sandema Yarforh Vitus believes, the only way to show their fate is by demonstrating it practically.

He said, “Christians cannot profess to be followers of Christ when they are selfish.  The Christ we serve was not selfish he shared food to even his enemies. So as Christians we must show practically that we are his followers by sharing whatever we have with others.”

Pastor Yarforh whose church feted patients on admission at the Sandema Hospital on Christmas day said, the gesture was to demonstrate practically what love really means.  “We came to the hospital to show our brothers and sisters on admission that we cared and also prayed for their recovery”, he said

Members of the church served the patients food and drinks and also interacted with them.
