The Giovani-Berla Mundi combination on the Starr Drive on Starr 103.5FM is “working well’, a former co-host of the show Anita Erskine has observed.

According to the experienced TV and radio personality, the duo appears to be the face of the next generation of radio in Ghana.

“I believe the Berla-Gio combination is working out…they’re the new generation,” she told Bola Ray on Starr Chat Wednesday.

Anita also admitted she misses the show and her co-host Giovani Caleb.

“I miss the Starr Drive, I miss Giovani Caleb, I miss DJ Vyrusky and the producer David. In fact I miss the team”.

Anita who was co-host of the Starr Drive on Starr FM has moved on to other projects working on women and children related issues for some agencies under the United Nations.

She said she was influenced by the personality of the CEO of the EIB Network to be on the Drive show.

“I came onto the  Starr Drive because of you Bola Ray. And when you left, my spirit left with it”.

The Starr Drive which is airborne every weekday between 2pm and 5pm is currently hosted by Giovani and screen goddess Berla Mundi.
