The national youth organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party climaxed his birthday celebration on April 10 with a donation exercise at the School for the Deaf in Koforidua.

Sammi Awuku donated items to the school and dined with the students.

“Today, I continued my charity project at the School for the Deaf in Koforidua as I donated some needed items to help facilitate the smooth running of the school and also, organized a party for these less privileged children and the Staff.

“I can only encourage the staff to continue to show love to these children and pray for God’s guidance and protection upon them. There is always dignity in stretching a hand to the less privileged,” the aspiring national organiser of the NPP said in a Facebook post.

On the eve of his birthday, he spent the day at the Ridge Hospital in Accra and paid for the medical bills of poor mothers.

He was joined by family and friends.
